What is the first step?
You can reach out to us in a number of ways - typically an email to email@example.com, an instagram or facebook message or call our studio to arrange an appointment. Typically we suggest you make an appointment to meet with one of our designers, around 12-18 months prior to your wedding or event, although we of course can accommodate tighter deadlines. We are by appointment only, available Monday through Saturday, and we offer appointments from 9am through to 7:30pm (subject to availability).
Please note, if you are planning a wedding for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday from May - September, (considered 'peak season' in the wedding industry) we do encourage you to reach out to us as early as possible in your planning process, as these dates often are booked quickly, and to maintain the quality of our events, we do limit the number of events we curate each weekend.
What should I expect at the consultation?
During the consultation we’ll show you a selection of our portfolio, we’ll show you our recent work, and our work that we feel might best suit your wedding. We’ll chat. We’ll listen. We’ll make notes. The more information you can provide us (sketches, pictures, mood boards) the clearer our vision of what we can provide for you, and we'll always provide you with an on the spot estimate for the overview of your event. When you leave your consultation, you'll also leave with an estimated idea of costs for your wedding or event also.
Will I receive a proposal?
Yes, should you require a written proposal, one will be provided within 5 working days, curated entirely to your style, season and budget and conceptualised to bring your event to life.
What is the next step?
Your proposal is valid for two weeks exclusively from the date you receive it. If you wish to secure our services, simply sign and send in a non- refundable booking fee that will be applied to your final balance. The date and our services are now yours.
What happens after I've booked?
We'll next schedule the required meetings to ensure you're thrilled with how your booking is progressing. These could include a site visit, a sample meeting, a cross supplier meeting or simply a final meeting to confirm the final details. Every wedding or event is different and we'll ensure your booking receives the necessary attention and that you're kept up to date all the way through the process.
Can you manage our event on the day?
We're big believers in sticking to what we do best, which is creating authentic, breathtaking events for our wonderful clients, and focusing very much on the aestehtics: a memorable combination of florals, linens, tableware, chairs and additional decor elements. We do not offer event management, although we can certainly recommend a number of trusted Wedding/Event co-ordinators whom we work with on a regular basis. Please contact us for further information.
